Writer Emme Witt-Eden’s new book is a wildly entertaining and unfiltered narrative of her experience becoming an “f-girl” – well, a middle-aged one.

Newly separated and determined to reclaim her life, writer Emme Witt-Eden embarked on a journey to rediscover herself through sex.

Filled with riveting and sensual descriptions, Confessions of a Middle-Aged F-Girl is more than an erotic memoir; it's the story of one woman’s emotional rebirth. Lustful in places, tragic in others, and sometimes downright hilarious, this book offers an uncensored look at what it is to date as a middle-aged woman in our modern age. With unabashed honesty, Witt-Eden shows that women really do reach their sexual peak after 40 and that it’s never too late to start over.

Who is Emme Witt-Eden?

Emme Witt-Eden is a writer and an open-minded experimentalist whose first job out of college was proofreading and writing for porn magnate Larry Flynt’s fleet of magazines, the likes of Hustler. She moved to Spain where she continued to write features for men’s magazines such as Spanish Playboy and even published a book (under a different name). After attaining her MFA in Creative Writing back in the United States, she dedicated herself to writing novels. After toiling away for years, unable to sell her first novel, she re-parceled these chapters into personal essays on Medium. (Her novel was a thinly veiled autobiography, after all!) She quickly gained a following there and within a few years was once again writing stories for the mainstream media, such as Vice, Giddy, The Daily Dot, Business Insider, and MetroUK. What’s more, she used her experience as a professional dominatrix to become a sought-after kink and fetish expert for a slew of popular outlets. Most recently, she’s founded the publishing company Sugar Cubed Media to release Confessions of a Middle-Aged F-Girl, the first of a series of books she plans to write about her own personal sexcapades.
